All artwork is the intellectual property of the artist, and all sales will be overseen by the directly, either through the website and/or other platforms, and payments will be made according to the terms and conditions of the selected payment providers.

The artist reserves the right to add and remove products at their discretion in the interest of the business.

Print editions may be limited, and this will be clearly indicated in the descriptions. Information regarding materials and framing allocated to particular artworks will also be clearly described in the descriptions.

Submissions for custom artworks will go through the online proposal form. We will promptly send a reply with your quote based on the information provided.

Quotes are based on the requirements of the phases of design and production for each project and also include two revisions within the specified time frame.

Once quotes are accepted, a 50% deposit is required for work to commence. This deposit is non-refundable should the project be canceled for any reason by the client.

Once the design stages are complete, an invoice for the remaining amount will be issued with -day terms. Once full payment is received, the work will go into production and be shipped (approximately 3-day turnaround).

Design note:

Proposals must include key design elements requested by the client, although the end product and overall method will align with the artist’s brand. To maintain the integrity of other artists' work, elements like colours or themes may be incorporated but not reproduced.

Once the digital product is paid for, a downloadable button will be shown and also emailed. This link is active for 30 days; afterwards, it will expire. It is the customer's responsibility to save the products within this time frame, the link cannot be reactivated without another purchase.
